Working at Absurd

To do the best work, we need the best people in the best frame of mind

That's why our team are only welcome in the studio four days per week.

We encourage our team members to spend the other day working remotely. We don't mind where, because we all find inspiration in different places.

This is where we used to list all our other great benefits and perks, but we soon realised that perks don’t motivate the people we want to attract

The people we want to work with have a passion for their craft and are driven by the opportunity to challenge it in a collaborative environment.

They want to solve problems in ways that haven’t been thought about before and don’t understand why the simple everyday problems around us still exist.

Our people get excited about the opportunities to work in new territories, across languages, and with different cultures; learning how human-centred design is embraced around the globe.

That’s what keeps us coming to work everyday.

If you’re the sort of person that is more interested in working on meaningful and challenging projects than our; regular socials, overseas Christmas parties, training budgets and profit share, then check out our latest career opportunities below.
